Nitrate Nitrogen Removal Ion Exchange Resin
Chelating Resin - chelating functional groups for different metal ions and the professional technology of using chelating agents to graft onto resins, fully leveraging the advantages of solid-liquid separation, overcoming the shortcomings of liquid extractants in purifying trace residues in products, purifying high-purity chemicals, removing fluoride, arsenic, nitric acid, heavy metal ions from drinking water, arsenic, nitric acid, fruit juice, and beverage, and food and medicine Ionic membrane caustic soda secondary brine purification, wastewater discharge standards, etc., meet the unique applications in various fields.
Product Indexes
Comcess®CM16 is an anion exchange resin with long chain alkyl amines on a styrene-divinyl backbone. Due to its special functional groups with super selectivity for nitrate/nitrite, nitrate/nitrite can be selectively removed from water even in the presence of large amounts of sulfate. The resin has a large pore structure, good permeability and mechanical strength, fast exchange speed and good performance.
Scope of Application
It is mainly used for removing nitrate in wastewater, reducing total nitrogen, and meeting the discharge standard.
Resin Storage:
1. Resin needs a certain water content, and should be prevented from losing water during storage. If the resin is found to be dry, it should be soaked in saturated salt water to make the resin expand slowly, and then gradually dilute the concentration of salt water.
2. Prevent the resin from being frozen or heated. The general storage temperature of the resin is 5 ~ 40 ℃, if the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃, the resin can be immersed in a certain concentration of brine to achieve the purpose of anti-freezing. If the ambient temperature is higher than 40℃, the resin can be stored indoors in a cool and dry place, protected from light.
3. It is not easy to store the resin for too long, generally not more than 2 years. If the storage period is longer than 2 years, the resin can continue to be used if it passes the re-check.
